He allegedly stole nearly a quarter of a million dollars from an Anderson business man. His lavish spending and loose lips led to his arrest. 30-year-old Jeffery James Hall, of Celina, Ohio is in custody at the Madison County lock-up under a 60-thousand dollar bond on charges that he broke into the home of Clifford Abshire and stole two small safes containing cash, diamond rings and guns.
