Plans are in the works for a paved 9 mile pedestrian & bicycle trail connecting Noblesville and Fishers. Officials announced Tuesday that the roughly $9.3 million Nickel Plate Trail project would be developed over the existing Nickel Plate Rail line. The move also signals the State Fair train will no longer run.
