More information now on that Muncie man that struck and killed in a Wednesday night accident: Police say 31-year-old Morris Eugene Weaver was on a bike and was hit by a vehicle on North Morrison Road along “a dark section of roadway.” Weaver was wearing dark clothing and “did not appear to have any reflective materials on his person or bicycle.” He was pronounced dead at the scene.
