Charges face a 20 year old man who used to be a student at Ball State University. 20 year old Jacob Rabinowitz, who now lives in New Jersey, had been arrested back on November 19th. He was accused of attacking a man at a home in Muncie. According to the Star Press, the victim told investigators, he was at his girlfriend’s at the time and that there was a knock at the door, a man later described as Rabinowitz came in and began arguing with the victim’s girlfriend, and then lunged at the victim. One of the victim’s lungs was struck in the attack.
