He claimed he was the Prophet Muhammad, choked a store clerk and broke the hand of a Muncie police officer. Officials say 24-year-old Khaliad Sulaiman Bilal also allegedly threatened to kill several people in the northside Goodwill store. Witnesses say he was screaming about being Muslim and how he was going to kill everyone including the police. The Muncie man has been charged with counts of strangulation, intimidation, battery on law enforcement and disorderly conduct.
