Anderson Man Handed 78 Years Behind Bars

78 years behind bars for an Anderson man on attempted murder counts. 21 year old William Wills of the 500 block of West 16th Street, was handed 35 years on two counts of attempted murder, and was given 20 years on a robbery resuling in serious bodily injury charge. Police say in March of last year, they were called to an abandoned house on the 1600 block of Dewey Street. From there they received a call that two people had shown up at the hospital shot. Both victims told them they were at that address to sell pot, when a man identified as Wills, opened fire.
