One traffic stop – Three Muncie women busted. A state trooper pulled them over for a missing headlight near Muncie’s downtown. During a search officers discovered meth and more. The driver, Rebecca Sweat, was charged with driving with a suspended license. Passenger, Rachel Herbert, was arrested for possession of meth, a controlled substance and paraphernalia. Another passenger, Traci Brown was arrested on two warrants for conversion, and was also charged with possession of meth, paraphernalia and failure to identify.
