You could be on your way to a big payday if you know who stole explosives from a mine in Kokomo. Police and the ATF say someone stole explosives from a Martin Marietta Aggregates mining facility between February 7th and the 16th. ATF is offering a $5,000 reward to anyone with information leading to an arrest. Tips can be given at 1 (800) 283-4867.
