An Anderson man says his dog was not behaving aggressively toward an police officer who shot the animal Sunday evening. Police received a call of dogs running loose in the neighborhood and when the investigating officer responded, he says the dog was aggressive and he took the action he had to take. The complaining party says their family was forced to flee indoors because one of the dogs chased them inside.
