It was a dispute outside a Muncie ice cream shop that led to the arrests of two Anderson residents. Cops were called after the pair was seen fighting inside a car. Ryan Christopher Wheat and Haley Lynn Williams, both 23, were charged with possession of meth and of a syringe. Wheat – being held in the Delaware County jail under a $27,500 bond.
