An Indiana attorney has officially announced his bid to run against Democratic U.S. Senator Joe Donnelly next year. Republican Mark Hurt has filed as a candidate. He is a lawyer in Kokomo and Noblesville. Donnelly was elected to the U.S. Senate in 2012 after serving in the 2nd Congressional District of Indiana as a representative for six years.
