Formal charges have been filed against a Muncie man in a Valentine Day’s slaying. 24-year-old Alonzo Williams has been charged with the murder and criminal confinement of Jeffrey D. Brown. The body of the 39-year-old Muncie man was found in a field southeast of Muncie on Feb. 14. Williams – being held without bond in the Delaware County jail.
