24 year old Alonzo Williams is now formally charged with murder in a Valentine’s Day killing. Police say Williams, of the 2100 block of South Mulberry Street, is accused of shooting 39 year old Jeffrey Brown of Muncie. His body was found in a field off of Inlow Springs Road. Police say his hands were tied behind his back and he was shot as many as 14 times.
