Anderson residents are about to see their electric bills go up. Customers of Anderson Municipal Light & Power will be paying an additional $3.57 per month in the second quarter of 2017. The Anderson Board of Public Works on Tuesday approved the cost tracking factor for April, May and June — an increase of 3.76 percent. It’s the largest quarterly increase to residential customers of the electric utility in two years.
