Disturbing details have been released on Delaware County’s latest homicide. Authorities say 39-year-old Jeffrey D. Brown’s hands were tied behind his back and he had been shot as many as 14 times, with multiple wounds in the head and face. Investigators believe 24-year-old Alonzo Williams killed Brown – execution style – in retaliation for the Feb. 5 slaying of 38-year-old Joseph Lamar Johnson, who was also shot many, many times. Williams was taken into custody Friday and is in the Delaware County jail.
