An upgrade a major sewer line on Anderson’s west side is expected to start within the next few months. According to the Herald Bulletin, the Greensbranch sewer line that extends along Locust Street from Ninth to 13th streets and continues from Locust Street to Arrow Avenue is an estimated 100 years old and carries 50 percent of the daily flow to the city’s sewage treatment plant.
