Investigators have identified persons of interest in the killing of a Richmond man Sunday morning. Police say nearly 20 witnesses have been interviewed and detectives continue to speak with people who might have information about the case. 22-year-old Austin Sparks was found lying on the sidewalk early Sunday morning. Authorities say robbery does not appear to be the motive.
