Muncie Mayor Dennis Tyler will be one of the featured speakers at the 2017 MLK COMMUNITY BREAKFAST this morning beginning. It begins at 9:00 am at BSU’s L.A. Pittenger Student Center. The keynote speaker is Dr. Ruby Cain, assistant professor advisor of adult and community education at BSU.
