A young boy watched his father overdose on drugs and now the father, who survived, faces charges. Matthew Clevenger has been arrested on neglect of a dependent charges. Police were called to the 17-hundred block of South Walnut Street after Clevenger’s son became upset because his father wouldn’t wake up and was making weird sounds. Clevenger was brought around with a heroin overdose medication.
