We’ll find out Tuesday who the new head of Ball State University will be. School officials have announced a 1:30 pm press conference at which the school’s new university president will be named and introduced. It was early in December when the board announced that it had whittled candidates down to a short list of finalists who were then interviewed by the board of trustees.
