An attorney from Indiana Legal Services will be at Muncie’s Carnegie Library Tuesday to offer free legal help on civil matters to area residents. The attorney will be at the library on South High Street from 10am until 1pm. ILS is a non-profit law firm that provides free legal counsel to low-income persons, seniors and victims of domestic violence.
