Police say a semi-truck crashed into a pond Wednesday in Henry County. The incident resulted in an eastbound I-70 ramp being blocked near mile 123. Indiana State Police say the driver was heading eastbound and blew a tire, causing the truck to go off the road and into a pond. The driver was not injured. Traffic was backed up for about four miles.
