A traffic accident south of the Tillotson Avenue overpass led to a Muncie man’s arrest on meth-related charges. 53-year-old Mark Dewayne Rosinski told police that he fell asleep while driving home from work, crashing into a guardrail. Authorities found meth, several pipes and tablets of prescription medications in his vehicle. He was charged and released from the Delaware County jail.
