A Muncie man is accused of attacking his spouse while their six-year-old twin sons looked on. 39-year-old Malcolm Edward Johnson has been arrested on charges of domestic battery in the presence of a child and strangulation. The Star Press reports that Johnson was being held in the Delaware County jail on Tuesday under a $10,000 bond.
