She’s accused of taking her preteen son with her on trips to purchase drugs. The Star Press reports that 30-year-old Hope R. Hill of Union City has been charged with possession, maintaining a common nuisance and three counts of neglect of a dependent. Hill received a Feb. 13 trial date in Randolph Circuit Court. She was being held in the Randolph County jail under a $20,000 bond.
