A Muncie man is accused of stealing a safe, bank cards and checks. 33-year-old Jerry Ray Bane is charged with fraud and theft. He was being held in the Delaware County jail under a $5,000 bond. Surveillance video showed Bane using the victim’s bank card to make a purchase at a local store. Bane has been convicted of theft and receiving stolen property three times.
