Heroin continues to leave its mark locally as three Muncie residents were found apparently OD’ed this week in the parking lot of a McDonalds’s in Dayton, Ohio. The trio is identified as 29 year old Adam Shields of the 16-hundred block of South Franklin Street, plus, 26 year old Kinsey Jente and 35 year old Holly Terry, both of the 2000 block of East 26th Street. Police say Shields and Jente were brought around with Narcan, which reverses the effects of opioids, and Terry, awoke herself and told police she had not been using drugs.
