Muncie Police took down a man with a taser after he allegedly elbowed a police officer during a traffic stop. 23 year old Nikos Jones was stopped in Daleville on suspicion of driving with a suspended license. When an officer tried to place him in restraints, Jones elbowed him and the officer unleased a jolt to Jones’ back. Jones was first taken to the hospital then to the Delaware County lock up where police say they found a bag of cocaine in his pants.
