A Muncie man has been identified as the person killed when the bike he was on was hit from behind by a car on Jackson Street. A witness says the driver, 81 year old Jimmy Faulkner, had come up quickly on the bike and hit it, sending the rider up and over his windshield. The driver said he felt very sorry for what had happened and should have seen 68 year old Timothy Kelley, but instead, was focused on an oncoming vehicle.
