A New Castle man is accused of head-butting his pregnant girlfriend as they shopped in the local Wal-Mart, breaking her nose. 21-year-old Robert R. Lawson also allegedly tried to assault New Castle police, who then used a taser to subdue him. The judge granted a request by prosecutors that Lawson be held without bond for 15 days.
