“I Didn’t Know What To Do With The Body”

The man accused of moving the body of Billy Emberton told police that he “didn’t know what to do,” after finding the former Elwood man dead in his home last week. Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Summitville resident James Helms on charges of felony abuse of a corpse and obstruction of justice after they say Helms admitted to dumping Emberton’s body in a wooded area in northeast Madison County.
