An 18-year-old Anderson man was shot to death Thursday afternoon while standing in the driveway of a house on the city’s west side. The Herald Bulletin reports that police were called to a house in the 1800 block of West 21st Street and found the body lying in the driveway. Anderson police say Shaolin Newsom was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. They are seeking information about possible suspects and what might have transpired before the shooting.
