The Indiana Bicentennial Torch Is In East Central Indiana

The Indiana Bicentennial torch began its journey through East Central Indiana Tuesday. Muncie Mayor Dennis Tyler was the first to carry the torch before passing it off to others that carried it through the city. From there it went to Randolph County & Winchester and later in the day to Portland & Jay County. The Indiana Bicentennial Torch travels to Blackford County today at 10am, where a celebration is planned at the County Courthouse in Hartford City.
