The investigation continues into the shooting death Saturday evening of a Muncie man. Police say 24 year old Juan Lucio died from his wounds about six hours after being shot at a home on the 1300 block of East Hines Street at just before 2 pm. Police say it appears a 17 year old girl was handling a gun when it went off. That teen was taken to the police department for questioning, but police say she was not placed under arrest.
