Rain has been a major nemesis for the the Madison Street underpass. Everytime there’s precipitation it seems to fill up the area. But now, work is getting underway to fix that problem. Just yesterday, crews got a start on the project. What they’re being quiet about, reports the Star Press, is the scope and length and cost of the work being done.
