The Anderson Plan Commission will consider a request today that could lead to the construction of a 97-unit senior housing project that will include assisted living and memory care facilities. According to documents filed with the Anderson Municipal Development Department, the senior housing project is an investment of $8 million and will consist of a 62,000-square-foot one-story building along 67th Street.
