Did you smell it? In Muncie at around 5pm Wednesday, there was a report of a gas leak in the area of 2000 South Beacon. In Portland, they were having their own issues. Ohio Valley Gas was purging new lines at the west side of that city. There was a strong smell of gas while the work was done.
