A Muncie teenager who says he loves a woman he was arrested for beating has anger issues and lost his temper. Tracy Wheat the second is an 18-year-old Muncie man arrested after police were called to Locust and University Avenue for a fight. A campus officer reports the man was striking the woman in the back of the head and knocked her down as she screamed. The victim said they’d been dating a few months. Wheat is in jail, she was treated at the hospital.
