A suspect is in jail after allegedly using his car to back over three men at high speed last Friday Night in Union City. One of them died at the scene, the other two are in critical condition at a Dayton hospital. The victim is Amelio Aguilar. The man arrested, 36-year-old Ramon Marin, is facing voluntary manslaughter, reckless homicide and other charges and remains in Randolph County Jail. He has a permanent retainer by U.S. immigration.
