The Muncie Bypass will be temporarily closed Monday to install a new crossing signal at the Norfolk-Southern railway between Cowan Road and Old State Road 3. The lanes will be closed for approximately 40 minutes between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. You’ll want to take a different route while crews install the signal.
