A Winchester man was arrested for breaking into his ex-girlfriend’s home and stealing her purse. 30-year-old Casey Warren facing burglary charges. He allegedly told police he snuck into her house looking for money and cigarettes while she and her kids slept. He later tried to use her ATM card. He’s already been in court five times for other criminal cases since April of last year.
