The Honorable Mayor Dennis Tyler will present his State of the City Address on Thursday, May 18th from 4:00 – 5:30 p.m. at the Horizon Convention Center in downtown Muncie. Mayor Tyler will highlight the municipal achievements of his first term, share accomplishments from 2015 and reveal his vision for the future.
