An unidentified, unconscious woman was taken to an Anderson hospital, and a suspect was arrested in Chesterfield on Wednesday afternoon following a hit-and-run accident. The Herald Bulletin reports that in happened in the 3500 block of East 200 North and involved three vehicles. Police have not identified the suspect.
