A 26-year-old woman in Hartford City is accused of dealing heroin to two agents of the local Drug Task Force. Terri Williams is charged in Blackford Circuit Court with selling about $50 worth of heroin in April and police say they think she bought the drug in Indy. Her trial is August 2nd.
