Police arrested Blake Lucy of Albany after a robbery was reported at his former employer Low Bob’s Discount Tobacco on N. Walnut Street. The clerk said a customer asked for a carton of cigarettes which are stored in the back room. She said when she was returning, she found Lucy in the office taking cash from a location only known to insiders. A description of the robber led police to him and his girlfriend Brittney Smithers, who was also arrested.
