We’re getting more information about the FBI investigation in Muncie. The Star Press is reporting that the probe centers on a lawsuit filed by Shroyer Brothers, a demolition company that’s alleging that City Building Commissioner Nichols and other officials prevented them from winning local demolition contracts. Nichols owns companies that do demolition work and has won many of the contracts with the city and the Muncie Sanitary District.
