Today is Election Day. All federal offices will be open. All state offices will be closed. City offices in Muncie and Anderson will be closed. County offices and courts in Delaware and Madison counties will also be closed. Financial institutions will be open. License branches will be open from 6 a.m.- 6 p.m. but only to issue ID cards and drivers’ licenses; the branches will not perform any other BMV services. The post office is open, and delivery will run as usual.
