A former Carmel investor gets almost five years in prison after he was convicted on multiple counts of fraud and money laundering. Federal prosecutors say 41-year-old Jaime Lopez was living a “lavish lifestyle” with money he stole from the retirement accounts of clients. He has been ordered to make restitution of about 300-thousand dollars.
