A Muncie man is facing five felony charges more than 10 months after his Liberty Township discount store was raided by gaming enforcement officers. 41-year-old Robert E. Steinhall, of Indiana Avenue, is charged with racketeering and other crimes related to gambling and the dealing of synthetic drugs. The state started receiving complaints about illegal gambling at the Bargain Bin on E. Jackson Street in the spring of 2013. Numerous materials allegedly related to illegal gambling activities as well as several designer drugs were confiscated from the store last year. Steinhall has not been arrested but will receive a summons to appear in court on July 29.
