A deadlocked vote this week led to the election of a new Anderson Community Schools board president. After several votes, Jean Chaille, 2013 ACS board president, and board member Ben Gale remained tied at three votes each. In the spirit of moving forward, Chaille changed her vote and Gale was declared the 2014 president.
